Delivery information
Amazing Achievers will be using Royal Mail First Class mail. Amazing Achievers can not take any responsibility for late or failed delivery. All deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday. If there is no one at the delivery address during those hours, this may delay the delivery of your order.
Printed Personalisation
Amazing Achievers take zero responsibility for any mistakes made by the purchaser when ordering their goods.
Video content Restrictions
You must not upload, post, or transmit any video, image, text, audio recording, or other content that:
Includes any third party’s copyrights or other rights (e.g., trademark, privacy rights, etc.), Contains sexually explicit content or pornography, contains hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content or incites hatred against any individual or group; Depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence; Depicts animal cruelty or extreme violence towards animals; Promotes fraudulent or dubious business schemes; or Violates any law.
Video Privacy
Amazing Achiever clearly state that your videos stored can be only viewed by you will have a private page and link which will be password protected.
Technology
Technology is changing to daily basis. We are using “Amazing Achievers QR codes” to generate videos. In future, Amazing Achiever seek have technology scanning app.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards using our payment service provider Paypal and Swipe.
Complaints
Please write to us or send an email regarding any complaint or general feedback and we will acknowledge this and do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible. All complaints are confidential. We welcome general feedback as this allows us to improve our service to you.

Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, Amazing Achievers products are non-refundable: Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: QR code printed on a plaque or wording printed on a plaque), is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element.
It will be refundable if the trophy is broken on arrival or if the QR code does not scan after following.
